Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside a prestigious business based in East Belfast for the role of Receptionist. This role offers the opportunity to join a busy office environment and to gain valuable experience.
Your role as receptionist involves managing client communications, performing front of house duties as well as accurate record keeping. This is a full-bodied role assisting with daily operations, ensuring appointments are booked in efficiently, as well as keeping IT systems updated.
For you to thrive in this role, reception experience is ideal. You should value making long lasting relationships with clients and customers alike. You should possess strong IT skills as well as demonstrating proficiency in the Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel.
If you are an effective communicator, have a positive working attitude and are well organised, then this is the role for you. This role offers an hourly rate of £13. The hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM, with some flexibility around these hours if required. As well as wonderful facilities, there is parking onsite.
