The Role
The Senior Mortgage Administrator will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of mortgage applications. You will ensure smooth operations by:
- Process mortgage applications efficiently while making sound lending decisions in line with policy.
- Work closely with underwriting, broker support and mortgage processing teams to keep applications moving quickly and smoothly.
- Review customer information and supporting documents to ensure applications are complete, accurate and ready for assessment.
- Maintain accurate records and update mortgage systems with actions, notes and key application details.
- Prepare and issue mortgage offers once all requirements are met, ensuring conditions are correct.

- Clear understanding of mortgage applications and processes

Package / Benefits
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Hybrid working is offered after probation and includes a minimum of 2 days in the office. You will receive 25 days' holiday plus up to 12 bank holidays. Other benefits include:
