Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading industry business, to recruit for a Procurement Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client provides bespoke products all over the world. The business is focused on R+D and general innovation, offering the latest advancements to their clients and always pushing ahead to better their product offering. Due to continued growth and expansion, the business is in a great position to expand the team.
The Role
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including high level data entry, reporting and documentation for the import of goods.
- Processing of invoices and PO's.
- Ordering tracking and liaising with suppliers.
- Maintaining supplier records, order quotations and giving details on lead times.
The Person
- High level administrator, ideally working within a similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal departments and customers.
- IT proficiency and presenting with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Manage your time efficiently with the ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames.
The package for this role includes a starting salary of £26,000. Based in Belfast, this is a hybrid role with flexible working from home arrangements - making it highly attractive.
