Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside an established local business to recruit a Compliance Administrator on a part‑time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in all aspects of compliance across the business including RTW checks, onboarding of new employees, reference checks and Access NI.
  • Administrative support including reviewing and creating documents, data entry and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Assisting in ensuring adherence to regulations and policies of external bodies.
  • Providing support to the wider administrative team.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative experience, preferably within compliance.
  • Experience with high level data input and IT proficiency with experience in all MS Packages.
  • Someone who thrives working within a varied and fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident and able to maintain strong client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

This role presents with an hourly rate of £15.00 per hour, offering between 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility on days/times. Our client offers a range of excellent benefits and support to employees, encouraging continual growth and progression within the business.
