Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a highly successful local business to recruit a Logistics Coordinator. This role is a full-time, one year contract position. Our client is highly successful within the industry, working alongside many recognisable products. The Role
- Maintain excellent customer relationships dealing with any queries promptly.
- Liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
- Planning and preparing of freight including all relevant export documentation for goods.
- Understanding of customs procedures between UK and NI and acting accordingly.
The Person
- The ideal candidate must be coming with strong logistics experience, ideally working within FMCG or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures mainly across the UK and NI.
- A strong communicator with abilities to build strong relationships.
- Thrives working within a fast-paced environment and able to work off their own initiative.
- IT proficient, with experience in using all Microsoft Packages.
The package
This role includes a competitive salary of £30,000- £35,000 depending on experience, alongside a variety of wider benefits including hybrid working and a generous pension scheme. Based in Belfast, our client offers free on-site parking and a working week of Monday- Friday.
