This role provides an excellent opportunity to offer full secretarial and administrative support to solicitors across a busy Healthcare department. The position would suit a Legal Secretary with experience in a fast-paced legal environment, particularly those familiar with regulatory matters, professional defence work, or client-facing legal support. You will support a team advising a diverse range of clients, including professionals, private practices, and care providers.

The Role
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, contracts, and legal documents, utilising the firm's case management system
- Manage documents including filing, preparing reports, minutes, and other legal materials
- Maintain accurate digital and physical files, ensuring case records are up to date
- Dictate and transcribe audio files and notes as required
- Undertake general administrative duties to support the team
- Assist with case preparation and file organisation
- Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and partners
- Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Deliver a high standard of service and professionalism at all times
The Person
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Legal Secretary OR in a Legal Support role
- Previous experience within regulatory, professional services, or client-focused legal work is advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage a busy workload with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and proactive in approach
