You will act as the central point of contact for in‑house engineers, coordinating work schedules and supporting daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary liaison for in‑house engineers, organising callouts and routine service visits nationwide.
- Overseeing compliance tasks, maintaining customer records, and uploading or digitising documentation as required.
