Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Business Services Organisation to recruit a Band 5 Recruitment & Selection Team Leader. This role offers an immediate start and is based in Armagh. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week and the hourly rate is £15.88.
Location: Armagh- Recruitment Shared Services Centre
Pay Rate: £15.88 per hour
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday- Friday (37.5 hours)
Contract: Until September 2026
As a Recruitment & Selection Team Leader, you won't just manage processes—you'll lead people, drive performance, and help deliver vital services that support communities every day.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a fast-paced, dynamic leadership position where you will:
- Lead and inspire a team delivering end-to-end recruitment services
- Ensure performance targets (KPIs & SLAs) are consistently achieved
- Oversee recruitment operations, workload planning, and service delivery
- Provide expert HR advice across recruitment and employee-related matters
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and service quality
- Support and develop your team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Health & Social Care
Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a high-performing healthcare workforce across Northern Ireland.
Essential CriteriaYou must meet one of the following:
- A relevant degree or professional qualification plus 1 year's recruitment experience in a large, multidisciplinary organisation
- OR 3 years' recruitment experience in a large, multidisciplinary organisation
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Experience within HSCNI
- Proven experience leading or managing a team in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience designing or delivering training
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
