Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside a reputable construction company to appoint a Contracts Administrator for their Ballymena office, on a part-time, permanent basis. The Contracts Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Contracts and wider project teams, helping to ensure projects are well organised and delivered efficiently. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project administration and document control, ensuring information is accurate, organised and accessible.
- Processing subcontractor orders and liaising with internal departments on contract-related matters.
- Providing administrative support to Contracts Managers, Site Managers and wider project teams.
- Maintaining project systems and supporting the preparation of project and handover documentation.
- Assisting with wider contractual requirements, stakeholder reporting and site visits as required.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within administration and be confident managing a range of tasks and priorities. Excellent organisational and communication abilities are important, alongside strong attention to detail. Previous experience within the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
The package on offer includes an hourly rate of £12.50-£15.00 per hour depending on experience, with part-time hours of approximately 25-28 hours per week. Further benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
