This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services professional who is looking to join a highly regarded practice and play a key role in supporting Advisers and clients throughout the financial planning journey.
The Client
Our client is a respected and long-standing Financial Planning business with a strong reputation for delivering tailored advice across pensions, investments and wealth management.
They pride themselves on building lasting client relationships and providing a high-quality service at every stage of the advice process.
The Role
Working closely with Advisers, you will support the end-to-end client journey, ensuring cases are processed efficiently, client records are maintained accurately and service standards are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client communications via phone, email and post.
- Preparing documentation and review packs for client meetings.
- Obtaining quotations, valuations and illustrations from providers.
- Processing new business applications and monitoring cases through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems.
- Liaising with providers, platforms and third parties.
- Supporting the production of suitability reports and client recommendations.
- Managing ongoing servicing requirements and client reviews.
- Assisting with pension, investment and wealth management administration.
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are maintained.
- Previous experience within a Financial Services Administration role.
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments and wealth management products.
- Experience supporting Financial Advisers or Wealth Managers.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using provider platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the financial advice process.
