Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a large Public Sector organisation to recruit a part-time Administrative Officer to assist with daily operations.
The Role
This position is immediately available, temporary for 12 months with the possibility of extension. It involves working 22.2 hours per week at the Derry/Londonderry site.
The Person
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including GCSE English Language or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year\βs relevant work experience within the last 5 years in areas such as:
- Customer Service (internal and/or external customers)
- Administrative duties including typing letters, compiling reports, and computerised filing
- Experience with Management Information Systems and/or online postal systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Alternatively, candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the above areas within the last 5 years will also be considered, in lieu of formal qualifications.
