Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside a well‑established legal practice in the search for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Family & Matrimonial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong sector experience to step into a busy role, provide high‑level support to fee earners, and work within a professional and supportive legal environment.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to support partners and fee earners across a range of family and matrimonial matters. The role will involve delivering comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including preparing and managing legal documentation such as court forms and client correspondence. You will be responsible for audio and copy typing, document production, and maintaining efficient file management systems. Acting as a professional and empathetic point of contact, you will liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties, recognising the sensitive nature of family law matters.

The Role

The Person
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA within family and matrimonial law
- Strong typing and document production skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills with a sensitive, client‑focused approach
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- A collaborative team player with a flexible and supportive attitude
