The Job
We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a dynamic and well-established law firm. The role entails providing essential administrative support to solicitors, managing correspondence, preparing documents, and coordinating schedules. You\’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by handling typing, filing, and communication tasks efficiently, supporting the legal team across various practice areas. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key to success in this role.
Your Package/Benefits:
- Salary range – £28,000 – £31, 000 per annum, depending on experience

- Holidays 20 days per annum + STAT – increasing with Service

The Person
- Minimum of 2 years working as a legal secretary (Essential)
- Skilled at audio dictation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take instructions and participate in any required ad-hoc projects
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Able to work within a team as well as own initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
- High Attention to detail and accuracy
