The Role
As Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive support across three Partners, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the practice.
- Audio and digital dictation
- High-volume typing and document production
- Drafting legal correspondence and court documentation
- Managing files using the ALB case management system
- Diary management for client appointments and court hearings
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
The Person
Previous experience working within administration
Strong audio typing and document formatting skills
Ability to manage multiple diaries and priorities
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience within litigation, criminal or family law
Familiarity with ALB case management systems
