The Role
- Deliver high-quality PA and administrative support to partners and fee earners within the Intellectual Property and Media team
- Draft, format and manage a wide range of legal documents and correspondence
- Audio and copy typing, document production and efficient file management
- Act as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients, colleagues and external parties
- Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, travel and key deadlines
- Support billing processes, matter management and general administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure work is completed to a high standard
The Person
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a legal or professional services setting
- No prior IP or media experience required
- Strong typing and document production capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently
- A collaborative team player with a flexible approach
