The Contracts Administrator will play an important role within the organisation, acting as a central support point for the wider contracts team and assisting with the smooth running of construction projects. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining internal systems, ensuring documents are accurately filed, construction drawings are reviewed, and project information is kept up to date and accessible to key stakeholders.
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients by managing the company inbox, responding to queries, and directing calls where necessary.
- Supporting site teams with administrative tasks including preparing site packs, checking paperwork, coordinating health and safety documentation, and resolving day‑to‑day queries.
- Visiting project sites to gather updates and information relating to ongoing works and developments.
