Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and ensuring works are completed efficiently
  • Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports
  • Managing tenancy renewals, compliance, and associated documentation
  • Handling queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation and regulations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
  • Supporting the wider team with general property management duties as required

About You
