Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a leading wholesale business to recruit a Technical Customer Service Advisor (Bathrooms) to join their team in Newtownards. Our client is experiencing continual demand within the industry making it a great time to join a well-established team.

The Role

  • Investigating and solving customer queries - providing product knowledge.
  • High level customer service, offering technical support and guidance on products.
  • Identifying technical faults or issues and escalating to the Technical R&D team.
  • Updating and maintaining database with all the correct information and reports.

The Person

  • A customer service professional, ideally someone with previous experience working within plumbing or a similar field.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of the Bathroom sector.
  • Customer focused, with ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders.
  • IT proficient, particularly CRM systems.

The package for this role includes a competitive salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience. Based in Newtownards, with a working week of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. This role presents great opportunities within the business for long-term progression and development.
