The Role

As Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive support across three Partners, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Audio and digital dictation
  • High-volume typing and document production
  • Drafting legal correspondence and court documentation
  • Managing files using the ALB case management system
  • Diary management for client appointments and court hearings
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders

The Person

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary
  • Strong audio typing and document formatting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple diaries and priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience within litigation, criminal or family law
  • Familiarity with ALB case management systems
