Reception and Business Support Administrator

Location: Belfast

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

As Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Belfast office. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities, office coordination and general administrative support. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to maintain a professional, welcoming and efficient office environment while supporting a range of administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for clients and visitors
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of office facilities and ensuring office areas are well presented
  • Managing client documentation, including scanning, filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing post
  • Preparing meeting rooms, managing bookings and arranging refreshments
  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of internal and external events
  • Providing administrative support to teams across the business as required
  • Assisting with general office coordination and business support activities

About You

  • Previous administration, reception, customer service or office support experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently when required
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the business
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
