Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable logistics business, to recruit a Freight Administrator, on a permanent, full-time basis. This is the ideal role for someone who is an excellent communicator and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Role
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating of shipments for import and exports.
- Providing high level customer service and updating of tracking systems.
- Administrative tasks including invoicing and reports.
- Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding shipments.
The Right Person
- A strong administrator, ideally with previous experience working within shipping/transport.
- Ability to work within tight time frames and be an excellent communicator.
- IT proficiency, good with numbers and ability to pick up on new systems quickly.
- A customer service professional, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
