The Client
Our client is a growing and close-knit financial planning practice, with a strong team of Financial Advisors and administrative support staff. With a collaborative culture and a steady flow of business, they offer a supportive environment where individuals can develop and progress their careers within financial services.
Due to internal progression, they are now looking to bring in a Mortgage Administrator to support their advisory team.
The Role
Working closely with Mortgage Advisors, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for clients.
Duties will include:
- Processing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors and clients to gather required documentation
- Managing client files and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
- Supporting advisors with case progression and pipeline management
- Handling client queries and providing a high level of customer service throughout the process
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a mortgage administration or financial services role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
