Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading business based in Antrim, recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available individual with customer service experience and the ability to communicate confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers providing an excellent level of support with any enquiries
- Provide assistance and expert guidance to customers and explain company processes with confidence
- Communicate effectively and resolve queries in a personable and professional manner
The Ideal Candidate
- An excellent and confident communicator with a string background in customer service
- Ability to manage outbound calls proficiently and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
- Maintain positive customer relations to support retention
- Available for an immediate start

- Ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start
- Full time working hours

- Hourly rate of £13.88
