This role will be based in Enniskillen and is temporary for 1 month initially, with the possibility of a 3-month extension. The Company This is an exciting opportunity to join a large public sector organisation on a temporary basis. The role will be based within the Family and Childcare team and offers an immediate start. The Role Key responsibilities: Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, venues, travel, and hospitality. Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute meeting documentation. Handle telephone calls, enquiries, and correspondence, responding appropriately or directing them to relevant staff. Create, format, and distribute letters, reports, memoranda, presentations, and other departmental documents. Maintain efficient filing, records management, and office administration systems. Update and retrieve information from client databases, including PARIS/SOSCARE. Collect, collate, and produce statistical information, reports, and performance data. Monitor and order stationery and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Maintain strict confidentiality, work independently, and liaise effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and members of the public. The Person Essential Requirements 5 GCSE's to include English Language AND 1 year administrative/ clerical experience OR NVQ Level II Business all disclosures are managed confidentially.
