Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a multi-site Independent Mortgage Advisory firm with the recruitment of a Mortgage Administrator with a view to a fast track career to Mortgage Advisor. The role is full time and permanent.

A multi-site Mortgage brokerage with 10+ locations in Northern Ireland. A rapidly growing business that offers development opportunities to those wishing to develop a career within Mortgages.
The Role
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will provide our customers with an excellent customer journey. You will be dealing with customer enquiries from all sources, converting these into appointments for the team of Mortgage Advisers, and working closely in a support role with the mortgage advisers assisting them with mortgage applications and communication with customers, banks and building societies, estate agents, and solicitors.
This is a developmental role which puts you on a pathway to become a Trainee Independent Mortgage Adviser. The Trainee Mortgage Advisor role builds the foundations to start professional mortgage advice qualifications, and a long-term career in financial services
Desirable Criteria
- A minimum of 4 years sales/customer service experience or banking customer service experience plus a Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C and above, must include Mathematics and English.
- Excellent sales/customer service experience.
- A proven track record of working in a busy mortgage administration or banking customer service role.
- Good knowledge of mortgages.
- Outstanding telephone manner and Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook and Word.
