Overview

Honeycomb is supporting a global professional services organisation in the search for a Team Leader to manage the day-to-day running of their Business Services function. The Role

As Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing and developing the team while ensuring high standards of service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. You will have direct line management responsibility for 14 staff in Belfast, as well as remote management of 6 team members in London.

Your responsibilities will focus on three main pillars:

  • Line Management: Providing leadership, coaching, and support to team members to ensure performance and engagement targets are met.
  • Service Delivery: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
