We are recruiting on behalf of the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) for a Service Delivery Administrator to join their professional support team in Belfast City Centre. As one of Northern Ireland's most respected public sector organisations, NIFRS provides critical emergency response services while working tirelessly to prevent fires, protect communities and build resilience. Their support staff are essential to delivering these services, ensuring the organisation operates efficiently and effectively every day.
The Role
As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth delivery of services across the organisation. You will work as part of a collaborative team, maintaining accurate records, coordinating information, supporting service delivery processes, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Criteria
- Option one: Possess a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. Business Administration or IT); and Have at least one year's experience working in a demanding office environment, conducting a range of business support tasks.
- Option two: Possess at least five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths; and Have at least three years' experience working in a demanding office environment, conducting a range of business support tasks.
- Option three: Have at least five years' experience working in a demanding office environment, conducting a range of business support tasks.
Hold a full current UK driving licence.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
