Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with a well-established and expanding organisation to recruit a Service Co-Ordinator for their team based in Bangor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business where you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of a busy Service Department while working within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
The Service Co-Ordinator will be responsible for coordinating service operations, supporting both customers and engineers, and ensuring work is planned and completed efficiently in line with company procedures.
Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating engineers' schedules, planning workloads, and ensuring service jobs are organised and completed efficiently.
Managing the procurement of labour, materials, and parts, while working closely with the warehouse to ensure the correct items are allocated to each job.
Preparing and maintaining quotations, invoices, reports, schedules, and other service documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Acting as a central point of contact for customers, handling service enquiries professionally, logging calls, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team.
Supporting compliance and operational processes across the Service Department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a service coordination, administration, or customer support role and will be comfortable managing multiple priorities within a busy environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, are essential.
