Honeycomb is thrilled to be partnering with an established Banking Organisation to find a Senior Customer Advisor to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Located in Belfast City Centre, this fantastic opportunity offers the chance to develop a career in banking with a company known for its great culture and strong employee tenure.
The Role
As a Senior Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for identifying, recording, and responding to customers facing financial difficulty. You will ensure effective customer support by:
- Communicating with customers to understand their financial circumstances
- Making appropriate decisions that support customers
- Fully understanding the individual needs of customers
- Working closely with customers to agree on sustainable strategies that work for both them and the bank
- Appropriately signposting customers to external agencies and debt advice organisations when they are in financial difficulty, experiencing vulnerability, or require further help with mortgage or financial decisions
- Monitoring ongoing support arrangements to ensure they accurately reflect customers' current financial situations
- Assisting customers with debt management tools where appropriate

- Strong customer service or financial services experience
- Experience working with vulnerable customers and the ability to hold difficult conversations
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Positive and proactive attitude
Package / Benefits
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Hybrid working is available after probation
- £29,400 per annum.
