Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a large Public Sector Healthcare organisation who are seeking a Recruitment Support Officer to assist with day to day operations.
The Role – This is an immediately available post up until the end of July 2025, but will be temporary ongoing beyond this timeframe. 37.5 hours per week, with a base site of Armagh.
The Person –
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above or equivalent qualification one of which must be GCSE English Language or equivalent.
- At least 18 months previous work experience gained within the last 5 years in the following areas; Customer Service, Administration, Recruitment, Onboarding etc.
- Ability to use own initiative, work independetly and prioritise work to acheive set deadlines.
- Demonstrative competence in use of Microsoft Office Packages.
- A willingness to undertake REC Level 2 certificate in recruitment.
Duties will include-
- Process and deliver all end to end recruitment and selection activites.
- Create and regularly review databases and reports to monitor specific recruitment and selection activities.
- Provide administration support to the wider recruitment team, whilst providng customer service to employees and all levels of staff by receiving and responding to questions regarding systems, policies and procedures.
- Collate information and assist with the preperation of reports, documents and proposals for senior staff, as well as providing routine advice, guidance and assistance as required.
