The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full secretarial support within a busy conveyancing department
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Audio typing and document production as required
  • Managing diaries, appointments, and file administration
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Ensuring files and records are maintained accurately and compliantly
  • Supporting solicitors with day-to-day administrative duties

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
