Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an excellent business to recruit a Weighbridge Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. Our client is experiencing a great period of growth within the business. This role provides the opportunity to work within a fast-paced industry as part of an excellent team.
The Role
- As a weighbridge administrator you will be responsible for weighing lorries in and out of site.
- Liaising with drivers and giving clear instruction and direction.
- Administrative tasks including updating records, stock and invoice reconciliation alongside monitoring of internal database.
- Ensuring health and safety on site, including monitoring of visitors and contractors on site.
The Right Person
- You must have previous administrative experience; weighbridge experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Able to work within a dynamic working environment, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident, with the ability to pick up IT systems with ease.
- Excellent at multitasking and someone who is confident working in a busy environment.
The package for this role includes a salary of £27,500 depending on experience. Based in Belfast, this role offers a working week of Monday- Friday, although some flexibility is required with 1 in 3 weekend cover.
