Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Organising and maintaining client files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Audio typing and transcription as required
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to solicitors and the wider team
- Assisting with case preparation and file management
- Liaising professionally with clients and third parties
- Managing workloads effectively and prioritising tasks within a busy office
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service at all times
About You
- Previous experience within an administrative, secretarial, or office support role is desirable
- Previous legal experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
