Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading, family run business based in Newry. We are recruiting for an operations support administrator on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a leading, family run business. In this role you will provide essential support to a dynamic team in an award winning company providing an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration duties, including drafting documents, scanning and printing
  • Manage spreadsheets, office calendars maintaining filing systems
  • Providing essential communications and support, both internally and externally

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office and using Excel
  • Available for an immediate start
  • Fantastic communication skills and confident in data analysis
