Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading, family run business based in Newry. We are recruiting for an operations support administrator on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a leading, family run business. In this role you will provide essential support to a dynamic team in an award winning company providing an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration duties, including drafting documents, scanning and printing
- Manage spreadsheets, office calendars maintaining filing systems
- Providing essential communications and support, both internally and externally
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office and using Excel
- Available for an immediate start
- Fantastic communication skills and confident in data analysis
