This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal or legal administrator looking to step into a more hands-on role. You will work closely with a Partner of the firm, supporting a varied caseload across conveyancing and probate matters.
This firm is well respected within the local legal market and is known for its professional, supportive and welcoming culture. The Role
- Provide comprehensive paralegal support to a senior Partner
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents across conveyancing and probate matters
- Drafting correspondence and managing legal files
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, counsel and third parties in a professional manner
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and a high level of attention to detail
The Person
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Administrator is essential
- Experience in conveyancing and/or probate is advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple practice areas
