Honeycomb are pleased to work with South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit an Estates / Procurement Administrator (Band 4 Equivalent).
Location: Lisburn
Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: 6-Month Maternity Cover (with potential for extension)
Are you an experienced administrator with strong procurement or estates support experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent IT and organisational skills? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estates / Procurement Administrator to join a busy team in Lisburn on a full-time maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Estates and Procurement functions.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare Tender documentation.
- Diary management for estates contract manager.
- Consult with external contractors regarding contracts.
- Process orders, invoices, and procurement-related paperwork.
- Produce reports, spreadsheets, and performance information.
- Consult with internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working at Band 3 level (or equivalent administrative role).
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, analyse data and generate reports.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other computerised systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
