The Job

  • As a Legal Secretary/Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by managing administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations within the firm.
  • You will assist solicitors in preparing legal documents, maintaining case files, and facilitating communication with clients and external parties.
  • Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help streamline workflows and enhance our ability to deliver high-quality legal services.

Your Package/Benefits:

  • Salary - £24,000 - £26,000
  • Monday - Friday (Full time or Part time hours available)
  • 3% pension contribution

The Person

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience working within Conveyancing (desired)
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
