Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading industrial technology company based in County Antrim. The client is seeking a skilled administrator to join their HR team on a temporary basis. As an HR administrator, you will work closely with an internal HR team. You will provide essential support to management of employee lifecycle, processing of employee contracts and maintenance of HR databases. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator with experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting offer packs including contracts of employment and amendment letters
- Coordinating onboarding logistics such as workspace setups and IT equipment
- Monitoring probation periods by tracking review timelines and processing leaver documentation
- Ensuring strict adherence to GDPR compliance by organising files securely
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administrative experience in a professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, utilising Excel to organise data and drafting professional emails to a high standard
- Precise attention to detail and ability to work confidently with data
- Previous HR experience and strict compliance management
What Is on Offer?

- Full time or part time hours
- Flexitime and attractive working hours, including an early finish on a Friday
