Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a fast growing, global industrial technology company, seeking an HR Administrator to join their fast-growing team. This is an interim opportunity, providing hands-on experience in a leading, well-established organisation. This role requires an immediate start and is the perfect opportunity for someone hoping to gain experience in an HR function.

As an HR Administrator, you will be supporting employee recruitment and onboarding and ensure HR policies are upheld whilst partnering with hiring managers across various sectors. Due to the global nature of the business, you will support with Visa applications and coordinate interviews.

Key responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and recruiting passive and active candidates, supporting employee life cycle.
  • Working closely alongside hiring managers, implementing future hiring strategies.
  • Provide support to employees in regard to relations, management and other HR policies.
  • Contribute to improvement of company reputation to attract, nourish and develop talent in employees.
  • Collaborate effectively across global projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience working in recruitment, sourcing and onboarding employees.
  • Studying or completed a degree in HR.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
  • Previous experience working in similar industries.
  • Full driving license and access to own transport.
