About the Organisation: With over 15 years of experience fundraising, this organisation holds a genuine passion for making a difference! Working primarily with telephone fundraising, ensuring that their charity clients are at the forefront of their services and building lifelong relationships with some incredible success stories to be shared. This position is vital in generating much needed funds for some amazing charitable organisations. Your Role: As the Team Leader you will be responsible for motivating your team to achieve set targets, providing support and encouraging a welcoming workplace culture. You will be driven and ambitious, fostering a positive results driven environment! Responsible for supervising the team of office associates, including attendance monitoring Becoming a subject matter expert on the particular charity/campaign to then share knowledge and promote learning among the team to best achieve targets Identifying any performance related issues, implementing and developing action plans for improvement Effectively coach, providing support to direct reports regularly to ensure weekly performance metrics are achieved Communicate clearly with the team, outlining expectations and timelines Conducting weekly team meetings, updating on relevant information and facilitating an open environment for input Running incentives to drive and motivate the team Organising team activities, encouraging team engagement Promoting the values of the organisation through behaviour and attitude Maintaining updated on internal processes, policies and procedures What do you need?
