Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a long-standing client in the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in Warrenpoint.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing organisation operating in a fast-paced and engaging industry.
The Helpdesk Administrator will play a key role within the business, serving as a central point of contact for customers while coordinating maintenance schedules for internal engineers.
Key responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for customers, responding to queries and providing a consistently high level of customer service.
Coordinating and scheduling work for in-house engineers and external contractors.
Managing and updating all documentation relating to completed and ongoing works through the internal system.
Supporting effective communication between departments to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Maintaining excellent attention to detail while working effectively within a busy and varied environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative position where strong communication skills were important.
You will be highly organised, capable of managing competing priorities, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers a salary of £24,000-£25,000, with working hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
