Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a leading Insurance Brokerage to recruit for a Graduate Insurance Agent to join their busy office based in Omagh. The role is full time and permanent and would suit a graduate with strong customer service skills.

Our client is one of the largest independently owned Insurance Brokers in NI, with their head office based in Omagh. They have been trading for 33 years, and through organic growth and acquisitions, have built a network of 14 branches across NI & 2 locations in ROI. They put their customers at the heart of everything they do and have an excellent reputation on the market as a leader in their field.
The Role
The role of Graduate Insurance Agent will sit within the Commercial Lines division, dealing with Insurance products for the Agriculture Sector. Typical duties will include:
- Assisting customers with Insurance quotations
- Processing new Insurance policies and issuing contracts to customers
- Dealing with mid-year adjustments
- Managing the renewal process
- Updating CRM system with customer information
- General administration
