The Fleet Administrator will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of the company fleet, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, maintained, and fully operational across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for fleet-related queries, delivering professional support to employees and branch teams via phone and email.
  • Managing vehicle compliance including insurance, MOTs, taxation, and driving licence checks, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and breakdown assistance while liaising with branches and external providers.
  • Supporting fleet administration through fuel usage monitoring, insurance claims handling, and the preparation of operational reports.
  • Assisting drivers with company procedures and policies while working collaboratively to manage workload and daily administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an administrative or support-based role and will be confident working in a fast-paced, varied environment. The business is seeking someone with strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities effectively, and excellent communication skills when dealing with both internal teams and external contacts.
