Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a Financial Planning company to recruit for a Financial Services Administrator to join their busy team based in Lurgan. The role is full time and permanent with a half day finish on a Friday. The Company Our client is a Financial Planning Firm who specialises in working with local business owners, helping them plan and take control of their personal finances so that they can enjoy the life that they want, both now and in the future. The firm is very purpose driven, both in it's work with clients and in it's giving back to the local community. Restricting the number of clients it works with, this forms is firmly focused on personal service, sound technical advice and clear steps a client needs to take to achieve their life goals. In joining this team, you need to have attention to detail, drive and be a curious learner.' The Role The Financial Services Administrator will work closely with the Financial Advisor to carry out a range of sales support duties. Typical duties will include: Client Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial plans, including gathering client information and organising financial data. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends to support financial recommendations. Documentation: Help prepare and maintain accurate records of client meetings, recommendations, and financial plans. Compliance: Ensure that all financial planning activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your financial planning skills and industry knowledge. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to senior financial planners, including scheduling meetings and managing client communications. Essential Criteria Ideally, experience working as a Financial Services Administrator in a Financial Services Company. A strong Administrator with a passion to work in Financial Services Strong IT skills and good at identifying a way systems can be used to create efficiency's.
