Executive Assistant - Global Organisation | Belfast Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working at the heart of a fast-paced, international business? Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President within its leadership team. This is much more than a traditional diary-management role. You will work closely with a highly senior international executive, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping them manage priorities, relationships and commitments across a complex global organisation. The business has an established and growing presence in Belfast, with teams spanning technology, finance and other key corporate functions. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious international organisation while being based locally in Northern Ireland. The Role As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, proactive support to the Senior Vice President, helping them operate effectively across a busy international remit. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a complex and frequently changing executive diary across multiple time zones, ensuring time is aligned to key business priorities. Coordinating international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodation, logistics and travel documentation. Acting as a professional and trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders across the global business. Preparing agendas, presentations, briefing materials and documentation for executive and leadership meetings. Managing expenses, actions and follow-up from key meetings and commitments. Anticipating priorities, identifying potential issues and proactively finding solutions. Supporting leadership meetings, corporate events and executive offsites where required. Handling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion. The Person We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced Executive Assistants, Senior PAs or executive support professionals who are comfortable operating at senior leadership level. You'll ideally bring: Strong experience supporting a senior executive, ideally at VP, C-Suite or Executive Leadership level. Excellent diary and calendar management skills, including coordinating meetings across international time zones. Experience arranging complex domestic and international travel. Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and executive teams. Exceptional organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail. A proactive mindset - someone who anticipates what needs to happen rather than waiting to be asked. Excellent judgement, professionalism and discretion. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel. The flexibility required to support a senior leader operating within a global business. Experience within a global corporate, technology, manufacturing or similarly complex organisation would be advantageous, as would experience in project coordination or organising senior leadership events - but neither is essential.
