Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Western Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Team Secretary in Enniskillen.
This role will be based in Coleshill and is temporary until October.
The Company This is an exciting opportunity to join the Adult Learning Disability Team on a temporary basis.
As a Team Secretary, you will provide administrative and secretarial support by maintaining diaries, updating databases, typing letters and meeting minutes, and handling telephone calls and enquiries.
The Role Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Adult Learning Disability Team and other professionals.
Manage electronic and manual diaries, arranging meetings, venues, travel, and hospitality.
Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them in a timely manner.
Organise and maintain efficient filing systems, including paper and electronic records.
Handle incoming mail, draft routine correspondence, and ensure documents are distributed appropriately.
Answer telephone calls, respond to enquiries, and communicate effectively with staff and external contacts.
Type letters, reports, memorandums, and other documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
Assist with the preparation of Power Point presentations, policies, reports, and departmental documentation.
Maintain and update client databases (e. g.
Paris, Socare, Encompass) and produce statistical information as required.
Monitor stationery supplies, manage petty cash (where required), and provide general office support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
The Person Essential Requirements 5 GCSE's to include English Language AND 1 year administrative/ clerical experience OR NVQ Level II Business & Administration or equivalent and 1 year administrative/ clerical experience OR 3 years' secretarial/administrative experience.
Package & Benefits: This role offers an hourly rate of £12.75.
