Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, a well-established construction firm based in Lisburn, to recruit a Document Controller on a full-time, permanent basis. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a range of exciting projects while acting as a central point of contact across internal teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring it remains accurate, current, and shared efficiently. You will collaborate closely with site teams, project managers, and senior leadership to coordinate document control processes and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Duties of the role include:

  • Overseeing all project documentation, both hard copy and electronic, ensuring it is stored correctly, easily accessible, and up to date.
  • Monitoring document workflows, securing required approvals and signatures, and ensuring documentation is available to relevant stakeholders when needed.
  • Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including project managers and on-site teams.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing a varied and fast-paced workload.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. You will be a confident communicator with solid IT abilities, capable of working independently while maintaining effective communication across multiple departments. Previous experience in document control is beneficial but not essential.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £34,000, depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with an appealing early finish each Friday. Additional details on the full benefits package will be provided upon application.
