Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a reputable business, to recruit for a Customer Account Executive, to join their team in Mallusk. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business known for their ability to build long lasting relationships with customers. This is the ideal role for an excellent communicator who takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
The roles of Customer Account Executive is an integral role within the team. You will hold responsibility for building strong customer relationships, reaching out to lapsed and existing customers, advising them of the excellent services the business provides. In addition, you will work closely with the sales team to inform on customer engagement and ensure all customer details are regularly updated on system.
The Right Person for this role will ideally be coming from an administrative/customer service background. Have demonstrated an ability to communicate effectively with customers, build relationships, and develop rapport. The right candidate will have full confidence in their IT skills, consider themselves organised and be highly motivated to progress their career.
The Package for this role includes an attractive and competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000, with exceptional opportunities to join a great team and to develop a long-term career. With working hours of Monday- Friday 9-5.15, based fully on site.
