Personal Lines Insurance Advisor Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a long-established insurance business to recruit a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor for its Portadown office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, supportive team with an outstanding record of staff retention. The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The Role As Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will provide a professional and friendly service to customers across a range of personal insurance products. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a monthly renewals list and providing quotations approximately 14 days before renewal Completing around eight policy renewals per day Handling inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries Assisting customers who visit the office Providing travel insurance quotations by telephone, email and letter Processing mid-term policy adjustments Gathering accurate information for more complex quotations Maintaining accurate customer and policy records using Open GI Delivering excellent customer service throughout the policy lifecycle The Person Previous personal lines insurance experience would be advantageous, although candidates from banking or wider financial services backgrounds may also be considered.
